"Great school with a great reputation."
What are your memories of studying at the Business School?
"It was the best time I had at any university. Great teachers and fellow students."
What key thing that you learnt at the Business School do you still rely on today?
"Studying with such a diverse bunch of people gave invaluable insights and subsequent understanding of cultural differents in terms of communication styles and approach to work. This underlined to me the importance of creating inclusive work environments where everybody feels valued."
Proudest work-related achievement to date?
"Managing a high-profile safety incident in Germany—managing the different stakeholders while maintaining the company's position and reputation in the market."
What's the one thing you think current students need to develop or learn before entering the modern workplace?
"Cultural sensitivity, emotional self-awareness, and resilience."
This underlined to me the importance of creating inclusive work environments where everybody feels valued.
