The acknowledgement strengthens the School’s reputation as a global academic leader and champion of practical, relevant and thought-provoking investment education programmes.

Students joining the MSc in Financial Management in 2015 will benefit from a curriculum acknowledged as closely aligned to professional practice.

The knowledge shared on the programme should accelerate graduates’ progress toward completing the CFA examinations to gain the CFA Charter – an internationally-recognised finance industry qualification.

Dr Ronan Gallagher, Director of the MSc in Financial Management, said:

Providing students the tools they need to become responsible investment professionals who embody the highest standards of excellence in practice, is our central aim. And we are proud to see this commitment recognised by the CFA. We hope the programme’s partner status will give our graduates the extra edge they need to demonstrate their commitment to professional excellence, and carve-out successful careers in today’s global and dynamic investment marketplace.
